Recruiter tried to recruit me for my job that I had just resigned from

I thought y'all might get a kick out of this one. I left this position back in June for another one across the country, and after settling into my new job, I received this message on LinkedIn. A few things I'd like to point out:
  • 04
    1. This recruiter says that the client is offering "up to" $44 an hour. This position requires a Ph. D in toxicology (fun fact,
  • 05
there's not a whole lot of toxicologists on this planet). $44 an hour would have been over $20k less than I was already making at this very same job. Mind you,
  • 06
this is a very high CoL area, and I was ALREADY being severely underpaid (yes, this was my first real job post- graduation, no I didn't know any better.
  • 07
    2. Wage WAS NOT hourly, nor biweekly. We were salaried and paid once a month.
  • 08
    3. "I believe your background and experience..." Full stop.... You clearly did not look at my background or experience at all,
  • 09
seeing as this position was clearly listed on my profile... You can't make this up Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

skeeloco 11h ago • Lmao. Tell him you are interested and you'd like to apply. See how far you can get before this idiot manages to figure it out. I HATE recruiters
  • 11
with a passion...they're useless only interested in stealing a chunk of your salary. So this worthless is already trying to skim
  • 12
at least $10/hr off the top, and hasn't even looked at your prior experience. Yep, you definitely can't make this up.

TheOnce... 8h ago Hi <REDACTED>, Hope this email finds you well. As it happens I'm intimately familiar with this position and this team and I know I'd be an amazing fit
  • 14
for the job. One might even say it would fit like my own shoes. My years of experience at this very company should attest to that.
  • 15
Last time I held this position, which was recently, I had the title of <REDACTED> and a salary of <REDACTED> per year. I would be willing to consider resuming my position
  • 16
but I would need an additional title bump and a 50% pay raise.
  • 17
If this is agreeable please feel free to call me at my earliest convenience. Thanks again, <REDACTED>
